What’s in your soil? A gardening program with UW-Extension @ Mercer Public Library | Mercer | Wisconsin | United States

Darrin Kimbler from the Iron County UW-Extension will present a program on soil at the Mercer Library on Tuesday, April 17th at 10:00am.

Learn about how soil content affects your garden, and how soil testing can help you improve it. Kimbler will discuss soil types, content, and nutrition. Participants will learn how to collect a soil sample and will receive a soil testing bag they can use to collect a sample and return it to Kimbler for testing.

This program is free and open to all and is sponsored by the Iron County UW-Extension and the Mercer Seed Library. For more information, call the Mercer Library at 715-476-2366.
