20 Day Mental Wellness Challenge

Gogebic Community Mental Health invites you to challenge yourself to be a better you!

Throughout the month of February, they encourage you complete a different task each day from the list below in any order until all 20 are completed.

Only having 20 allows you to take a day off here and there, but try to accomplish all 20 by the end of February (lunch outside in the sun might need to be a snacking lunch or sit in a sunny window).

Many of the CMH staff are doing this challenge as well.
