Ironwood based singer/storyteller Bill Jamerson will perform songs and stories about iron miners and lumberjacks at the Ironwood Farmers Market on Friday, July 13 between 4-6 p.m. (market from 4-6:30 p.m.).
The presentation is as entertaining as it is important; as honest as it is fun. It’s about people both ordinary and extraordinary, with stories of strength, wit and charm. Dressed as an iron miner and lumberjack with guitar in hand, Jamerson performs songs and tells stories about the early immigrants, their work in the iron mines and the life in the logging camps. The program is family friendly.
We recommend that you bring your own chair or blanket.
