Join the Mercer Public Library as they host Extension Iron County Agriculture Educator Darrin Kimbler to talk about growing fruit trees in the northwoods (Zones 3 and 4) in a Zoom presentation on Wednesday, April 28th at 10:00am!

PRESENTER DARRIN KIMBLER
Darrin Kimbler serves as Extension Iron County’s part-time Agriculture Educator in part to provide horticulture information. Darrin and his wife, Eve Komosa, also own Taiga Farm, a small family farm near Lake Superior focusing on sustainably pasture-raised animals for fiber and meat, heirloom vegetable varieties, and five varieties of grapes selected to tolerate the short growing season of the Northern Great Lakes region.
