On Sunday, November 4th, 10:00 AM-Noon, the Friends of the Iron Belle Trail will cut boughs on the Gregor farm as a fund-raiser. The Gregors have located a buyer for the boughs for us and Mike will use his truck to transport them. Our job is to cut and pile them.
Wear work clothes, boots, and gloves. Bring clippers, loppers, and extensions, if you have them. We’ll work and then enjoy a pasty feed! Directions: Go west on 77 out of Hurley and turn south on County C. Go up and over the big hill–on the flat, go past the first driveway on the east side of the road—Gregors’ driveway is next one on the east side. We’ll put something on the mailbox to mark it.
