The Iron County Mobile Food Pantry is a resource for Iron County residents occurring the last Monday of every month, from 12:00-1:00pm. Occasional the date might be moved because of the holidays, but never canceled.
Pick up is simple. Participants receive their food as they drive through the Iron County Recycling Center in Hurley, without ever having to leave their vehicle. The address is 606 3rd Ave N, near the Iron County Highway and Forestry buildings.
Registrations are accepted throughout the year by stopping by the Extension Iron County Office (in the Iron County Courthouse; 300 Taconite Street, Suite 118, Hurley) or calling 715-561-2695 to register over the phone. CLICK HERE for the registration form.
Please contact Extension Iron County Office Manager Rebecca Holm at 715-561-2695 or firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to learn more about the Iron County Mobile Food Pantry, would like to volunteer or if you know someone that would be interested in the program.
