The fifth annual Ladies Lunch and Ski Lessons has been scheduled for Sat. Dec. 10 from 9:30 – 11:30 am at Wolverine Nordic Trails, 5851 Sunset Rd., Ironwood, MI.
The lessons are for ladies and teens of ability levels from beginner to intermediate.
The instructors will work on technique for either classic striding or skate skiing.
The focus is to develop a ski technique foundation and boost skier’s confidence.The attendees will break in depending on the type of skiing, skate or classic.
Skiers must provide their own skis, boots and poles equipment which can be rented from Hobby Wheel in Ironwood. Register by emailing wolverinenordic@gmail.com.
Let us know if you’ll be skating or classic skiing and if you will be in the beginner or intermediate group. A $20 donation is suggested. Soup and Salad will be served.
