The 2nd Annual Mercer Backyard BBQ Cook-Off is happening on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at Carow Park! This is an amateur barbecue competition, and the entry fee is $75 for grillers who will compete in food categories including ribs, pork butt and brisket. Only $5 for general admission to taste all the delicious food being smoked before the master grills of the day are awarded!
