WE’RE EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE ARE HOSTING OUR 5TH ANNUAL 2022 HOLIDAY MARKET IN DOWNTOWN IRONWOOD FOR THE FRIDAY & SATURDAY OF DECEMBER 2ND & 3RD.

APPLICATIONS WILL CLOSE ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 30TH AT 11:59 P.M.
We are drawing inspiration from outdoor holiday markets similar to other well-known events such as the Winter Village in NYC’s Bryant Park and Winter Wonderland in London’s Hyde Park. To bring a similar holiday experience to Ironwood, we are working closely with several important city groups including Ironwood Chamber of Commerce, City of Ironwood, Downtown Ironwood Development Authority, Travel Ironwood, Downtown Art Place, Ironwood Historical Society, Friends of the Iron Belle Trail, Jack Frost Committee, Cold Iron Brewing, Classic Motor Inn, Hobby Wheel Ski & Bike, Health Food Co-op, and numerous restaurants and businesses in the Gogebic and Iron Range.
This Holiday Market is an incredible opportunity to showcase your brand, as well as for all of us to be a part of what will hopefully become a major annual holiday event for Ironwood.
The confirmed dates of the 2022 Holiday Market are as follows:

Friday, December 2nd from 2—6PM

Saturday, December 3rd from Noon—5PM
We understand that you will likely have a few questions – as such, we have listed below our initial answers to several anticipated questions about the overall event:

Vendor Booth Fees

Application fees will be as follows:

Indoor Booth—> $30 per applicant.
-
Outdoor Booth—> $20 per applicant.

Tables
-
To ensure for the security of you and your products, applicants will be responsible for their own booth set-up. Vendors will be responsible for setting up their booth displays (we encourage holiday themed decorations) and must provide their own table and/or fixtures.

Tables can be rented for $10/table on a first come first serve basis by emailing NorthernElvesFestival@gmail.com

Applications/Participation

All vendors can apply, However, there is limited availability for the booth spaces, .

Once INDOOR spots are full, contact us to be put on the waiting list if you’d still like to be considered for an INDOOR opening.

All INDOOR applicants must participate in both Friday and Saturday Market times. If you are unable to participate in one of those days, you can apply for the OUTDOOR spaces instead. If you reserve an indoor space and fail to show up one of those days, please contact us so your future participation in the Northern Elves Holiday Market is not affected negatively.

If you fail to arrive on the date of the event by opening, your spot may be given up to another applicant on the waiting list.

A diagram of the layout will be provided to vendors prior to the December 3rd event date and after the December 1st application deadline.

Indoor/Outdoor event. This will be a rain-snow-or-shine market. Plan accordingly.

Our goal is to deliver power to each booth as needed for lighting and other electrical needs. Feel free to jazz up your booth with a little “extra.”

Attendee Logistics
-
We will have multiple entrances, booths, and other activations throughout the holiday market layout, in order to create an experience similar to European Holiday Christmas markets. The Northern Elves Holiday Market will be held at Cold Iron Brewing, Golden Dragon Chinese Restaurant, Historic Ironwood Theater, and the City Square Park. There will also be business locations featuring artists in collaboration with the Winter First Fridays committee. The Market will be open Friday, December 2nd, from 2—6PM and Saturday, December 3rd, from Noon—5PM.
