Join the Mercer Public Library for an online program with Extension Iron County Educator Darrin Kimbler!

It’s time to put our gardens to bed for the winter, and Darrin will share what you need to know to care for your garden during the long winter months and prepare for a successful growing season next year. There will be plenty of time for questions, too.

This meeting will be held online using Zoom. Please use the link below to register for this FREE program: https://uwmadison.zoom.us/meeting/register/tJEqdeGopj0vEtNgr9XC3aK3DqUK-uAxgXpf

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

Darrin Kimbler serves as Iron County’s part-time Agriculture Educator in part to provide horticulture information. Darrin and his wife, Eva Komosa, also own Taiga Farm and Vineyard, a small family farm near Lake Superior focusing on sustainably pasture-raised animals for fiber and meat, heirloom vegetable varieties, and five varieties of grapes selected to tolerate the short growing season of the Northern Great Lakes region.
