Join Andrea for an Indoor Cycling class on Saturday, May 4th at 11 AM. Indoor Cycling is a highly effective cardio and strength workout. Class will be 45 min and you will get your heart pumping, muscles burning and sweat dripping. You also get to ride your own bike! Plan on pulling your road or mountain bike out of the basement to hook up to one of our stationary trainers. It is recommended that you have a slick or trainer tire on your back wheel. If you have a trainer and a bike bring it on in and we’ll help you set it up. All class participants can enjoy a happy hour drink after class.
$8 for the class
$12 includes rental of the trainer – Preregistration and payment is required to reserve your trainer. 5 spots available. Please message Cold Iron if you would like to reserve a trainer or spot. Participants please arrive a few minutes before 11 to get your trainer set up.
