Back by popular demand, this time in Ashland! This class will take place March 1 and 8, 3:00-5:00p.m., at the Vaughn Public Library in Ashland.*
A compendium of the history, constitutional, judicial and legislative development of our right to bear arms. This class will explore the origins, development and meanings (plural) of the Second Amendment, from the gunfight at the OK Corral to the textual, originalist and structural methodologies of the United States Supreme Court.
