Aging and Disability Resource Center of the North in Iron County has two wonderful opportunities available for older adults who want to remain active this summer!
Walk with Ease is an evidence-based program that shows simple at home wellness routines along with goals of walking each week!
All fitness abilities welcome.
Hurley-Cary Park will feature the Walk with Ease program along with using the National Fitness Campaign– Fitness Court. These sessions will be on Wednesdays from 9 AM – 10AM, running from June 4 – August 27, 2025.
Mercer Senior Center- Will offer the walking program on Wednesday afternoons from 1 pm – 2:30 PM, running from June 11 – August 27, 2025.
Walk with Ease booklet, ADRC goodie bag along with refreshment provided with registration!
