SUMMARY:Walk With Ease - MERCER Sessions
DESCRIPTION:Aging and Disability Resource Center of the North in Iron County has two wonderful opportunities available for older adults who want to remain active this summer! \nWalk with Ease is an evidence-based program that shows simple at home wellness routines along with goals of walking each week! \nAll fitness abilities welcome.Hurley-Cary Park will feature the Walk with Ease program along with using the National Fitness Campaign– Fitness Court. These sessions will be on Wednesdays from 9 AM – 10AM\, running from June 4 – August 27\, 2025.Mercer Senior Center- Will offer the walking program on Wednesday afternoons from 1 pm – 2:30 PM\, running from June 11 – August 27\, 2025. Walk with Ease booklet\, ADRC goodie bag along with refreshment provided with registration! \nEarly registration is welcome by calling Aging and Disability Resource Center of the North-Iron County Branch office at 715-561-2108 ext. 7Please specify which location you plan to attend or both if you wish!
