I contain multitudes and in me there is an oral storyteller\, a yoga/somatics guide\, a TRE® provider\, a mentor/connector\, an author/writer & more. I love liminal spaces\, feeling alive in my body\, keeping it real\, and generating connective experiences with ourselves\, the more-than-human world and life through language\, somatic experiences & emotional wellness. I live in Washburn\, Wisconsin\, at the edge of an inland sea\, on the traditional territories of the Ojibwe people.
