You and your dog can be in the Jack Frost Festival of Lights Parade!
String up your dog with lights and walk with HOPE Animal Shelter in the parade.
Line-up begins at 5:00 and parade starts at 6:00 pm.
Afterwards, your dog (or your family) can have a picture taken with Santa at Drooling Dog Bakery and Beyond.
The cost is $15 and $10 of every picture is donated to HOPE!
