The Iron County Health Department is hosting 2024 Sports Physicals on Wednesday, August 21st from 8 AM – 1 PM.
The cost is $20.
APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED – call (715) 561 – 2191 to schedule.
Parents are required to accompany their student(s) .
Please be sure to bring your required state-issued paperwork.
