The 5th Annual Mercer Backyard BBQ Cook-off happening on July 12, 2025 at Carow Park – Mercer, WI. This is an amateur barbecue competition.
Food categories include: Ribs, Pork butt, and Brisket.
Entry fee for grillers is $100. Meat is included in fee. Must be signed up by Tuesday, July 8th at 12pm.
