Hi, I’m Tracy (she/her/they), MA, CYT, AYS, CPS. I contain multitudes and in me there is an oral storyteller, a yoga/somatics guide, a TRE® provider, a mentor/connector, an author/writer & more. I love liminal spaces, feeling alive in my body, keeping it real, and generating connective experiences with ourselves, the more-than-human world and life through language, somatic experiences & emotional wellness. I live in Washburn, Wisconsin, at the edge of an inland sea, on the traditional territories of the Ojibwe people. In March 2023 I published my first book, Borealis Mundi – Resting in Place, Loss & Grace.
