On Nov. 12 & 19 in Mercer, retired family nurse practitioner and registered dietitian Peggy Bronsberg will explain some of the remarkable processes going on in the human body that nourish and sustain life as people age, and how the choices concerning nutrition, exercise, rest, and stress management can support people’s ability to live long and well.
The cost is only $10, thanks to a generous donation from the Northern Wisconsin Mental Health Foundation!
The event is scheduled from 10 AM – 12 PM at the Mercer Public Library.
