Jessica Triest grew up dancing in Colorado Springs, Colorado graduating from Arts Immersion Performing Arts High School. She studied at Colorado Mesa University receiving a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance with all three tracks in performance, choreography, and pedagogy. After graduation she was contracted as a performing artist on Reverent Rhythms Dance Company based out of Grand Junction, CO. Shortly after she got married, she and her husband relocated to Houston, Texas. She is now teaching at Studio 7 while also traveling to teach and choreograph. Jessica is passionate about creating accessibility to excellent dance education, building a strong dance foundation from the ground up, pushing dancers to achieve their greatest artistic potential, while creating an environment that encourages healthy communication, so dancers can go outside of the dance studio and feel successful in everyday life. She specializes in many dance varieties, yet her favorites are Contemporary Modern, Jazz, and Jazz technique with a focus on strength and mobility.
