Buckthorn, honeysuckle and barberry are common invasive shrubs. The Gogebic Conservation District is offering 2 sessions – 9:30am and 11am – on Saturday, October 23 that will explain how to identify these invasive shrubs, how they impact local forests and wildlife, and how to effectively remove these plants from around home and neighborhood. These sessions will be held outside.
