The annual Ironwood Area Historical Society Annual Dinner, Meeting, and Program will be held October 10, 2019 at the Olde Suffolk Ale House, downtown Ironwood. The evening schedule will be: 5:00pm social hour, 6:00 spaghetti dinner, 7:00 annual meeting, and 7:30 guest speaker. This year’s speaker will be Mr. Percy Smith, retired Superintendent of the Ironwood Area Schools. He will speak on the history and heritage of the Ironwood Area Schools. The cost for the evening meal is $13 and can be paid for at the event. PLEASE RSVP by October 1st, 2019 by calling 906-932-0287 and leaving a message. Members and non-members are all invited to attend. You can also become a member of the Society that evening, as membership forms will be available. The cost of a membership is $15 per year.
