The Gogebic Conservation District is conducting a community needs assessment for community agriculture and local food.
They are holding a series of four listening sessions open to the public for people to come and discuss where there is the most need in terms of community agriculture/local food and what programs can be developed to meet those needs and address barriers.
The third listening session is being held at the Bessemer City Hall Auditorium on February 29, 2024 at 10:00 am.
If you have an interest in community agriculture and expanding local food production or related topics, they hope to see you there!
