Mixed Social Paddle on South Turtle Lake/supper at Around the Corner Pub, Mercer

I was warned that the road to Moose Lake is nearly impassible after lots of rain so it seemed prudent to swap for South Turtle Lake and we will save Moose Lake for mid-August. To find the South Turtle Boat Landing from Mercer, take County Road J east to the end, Turn left (north) on County Road W and go a little less than 2 miles to Chicago Avenue on your left. (There is a boat landing sign on the right side there.) Turn left and follow it about a mile to the boat landing.
