The Northwind Natural Foods Coop is hosting their annual membership appreciation dinner, meeting, & election on Tuesday, September 20th from 6:30-8:30pm at Great Northern Gatherings!
This is the big year end event to wrap up the co-op’s fiscal year, say thank you to all of the volunteers, staff and members, and, of course, VOTE on new board members and bylaws. All members current in their dues are invited to a dinner catered by Don & GG’s.
All members are encouraged to not only attend, but if interested in playing a more active role in with the co-op, are also invited you to submit an application to run for a seat on the board of directors! Board members are expected to attend a monthly board meeting, join one of the co-op committees (Outreach, Facilities, Finance), voice an opinion on co-op matters and play an active role in the future of the co-op. We will offer in-store voting from Sept 16-19 for those who are unable to attend the event so all applications must be submitted September 15th.
