About the Show
Get into the Halloween spirit with a cinematic masterpiece! Join us at the Historic Ironwood Theatre for a special screening of the classic 1922 silent film Nosferatu: A Symphony of Horror on Saturday, October 25, at 7 PM.
This isn’t just a movie; it’s a one-of-a-kind experience. The show will feature a brand new, original score composed and performed live by the Historic Ironwood Theatre’s own favorite, Tim Mesun, on our magnificent Barton Organ.
About the Film
Often considered the first horror movie, Nosferatu is an unauthorized and eerie adaptation of Bram Stoker’s Dracula. This German expressionist film, directed by F.W. Murnau, remains a landmark of cinematic horror. Its chilling atmosphere and iconic imagery—including Max Schreck’s unforgettable portrayal of the vampire Count Orlok—have influenced generations of filmmakers.
Tickets
Tickets for this unique event are $20. Don’t miss your chance to see this legendary film with a breathtaking, live musical performance that brings the silent era to life!
