Decorate your home or business in support of the Class of 2020!
This year, graduation will be celebrated differently just as so many of our traditions will be. In the spirit of community, we encourage all residents in the Hurley K-12 School District to participate in “Project Graduation Decoration”.
We are asking those who want to participate to decorate their homes and businesses in honor of the Class of 2020. This is intended to be a fun activity to show encouragement and community spirit to our graduates from all over. Perhaps you have a graduate in another school district – feel free to decorate in their school colors and give them a long distance shout out!!
The May 7 Iron County Miner Newspaper has inserts for the Hurley graduates, additional inserts are available at Pat’s IGA, Giovanoni True Value, Midland Service and Brite Spot.
After you have decorated, take photos and videos to submit to the Class of 2020 (if you choose) via the Hurley Chamber Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/HurleyChamberofCommerce/
The Hurley Chamber will highlight the videos and photos from May 22 through May 31.
