The Northwoods Wetlands and Wildlife Club is hosting its annual Sight-In Day on Friday, November 22, 2019 from 8am to 3pm. It’s a perfect opportunity for hunters looking to get ready for the season.
Each fall the Club offers an opportunity for the general public to sight in their firearms for the fall hunting seasons. The Club’s range is located on Range Road, just 5 ½ miles south of Mercer off Hwy 51. The range provides shooting benches, targets, ear plugs, and help with sight-in problems, plus a covered firing line and heated building.
The event is free and open to the public. Donations are welcomed and appreciated. The Club will offer a hot lunch of sloppy joes, chili, hot dogs, chips, dessert, along with coffee and hot chocolate.
The Northwoods Wildlife and Wetlands Club is a non-profit organization. Donations from the Sight-In will be used to maintain and enhance the Range.
