The Iron County Health Department will be offering sports physicals on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, from 9:00am – 5:00pm.
The Cost is $20.00 per athlete.
Appointments are preferred, call 715.561.2191 to schedule.
Walk-ins are welcome.
Parent must accompany all underaged athletes to their appointments and bring your state required physicalform with you.
WI and MI athletes welcome.
