We’re excited to share that WE CARE is partnering with the Wakefield Marenisco Elementary Basketball Program to help ensure every family in our community has a full plate this Thanksgiving! These young players are especially excited to give back to the community that supports them so much, and they’re ready to help however they can—whether that’s collecting donations or delivering Thanksgiving boxes with a smile. 
We are collecting donations such as turkeys or hams, stuffing, canned vegetables, potatoes, cranberry sauce, gravy, pumpkin pie, and green bean casserole ingredients. Every contribution—big or small—helps a local family enjoy a warm holiday meal.
Donation Pickup Dates:• Saturday, November 15 | 12–2 PM
• Saturday, November 22 | 12–2 PM
Or drop donations anytime at the City Municipal Office (inside the Clerk/Treasurer Office).

Need a Thanksgiving box, or know somebody that does?Reach out to Ashley or Ronnie Lynn. Boxes can be picked up at City Building on Nov. 24 & 25, or delivered by our basketball players upon request.
