Kids of all ages are invited to the Mercer Library for Halloween treats and fun! The library is hosting indoor trick or treat with community organizations on Monday, October 31 at 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
The Mercer Lions and Leos will provide complimentary food and the library will provide some simple holiday activities. Participating organizations will hand out candy and other treats. The Mercer Chamber of Commerce is also encouraging downtown Mercer businesses to be open for trick-or-treating at 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.
Mercer-area residents and organizations are invited to participate by handing out candy or other treats at the event. Costumes are encouraged, and the library can provide a table for the individual or organization to decorate if they like. Call the library to RSVP to ensure that there is enough space for all who want to be part of the fun.
