Michigan State University Extension is offering a Walk with Ease Program from the American Arthritis Foundation.

Classes begin on Monday, January 8, 2024 at 11:00 am at the Wakefield City Hall Gym

or

Monday, January 8, 2024 at 1:00 pm at the Ironwood Memorial Building.

The classes will cover warmups, cool downs, and making walking easier.
