This is Gogebic Yoga’s 4th year offering Into the Heart of Winter Satsang, a special community that forms each January to study The Yamas & Niyamas: Exploring Yoga’s Ethical Practice by Deborah Adele, along with accompanying practices from the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda.
This 5 or 10-week series meets each Sunday morning for book discussion, comradery, and heart-centered inquiry.
