Mercer, WI – The Mercer Public Library will host “Wisconsin Remembers: A Face for Every Name,” a traveling exhibit from the Wisconsin Veterans Museum. The exhibit will be available for public viewing at the library from November 18 through November 27.
“Wisconsin Remembers: A Face for Every Name” is part of the Wisconsin Veterans Museum’s Traveling Exhibit Program and features a photo for each of the 1,161 Wisconsinites officially listed on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C. The exhibit also includes additional photos for names that are listed on The Highground Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Neillsville, WI. “Wisconsin Remembers” is a tribute to lost life and lost potential.
The Mercer Public Library is honored to host this traveling exhibit from November 18 to November 27, 2019. The exhibit will be available to view during normal library hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9am to 5pm; Tuesday and Thursday 9am to 6pm; and Saturday 9am to noon.
