Andrew Brown is a guitarist from Ann Arbor, MI. He is the son of a Motown session musician and has spent years touring the United States with the band Appleseed Collective. His heart has always been taken with the music of Django Reinhardt and in the past year he has been gigging 4-7 nights a week with various hot jazz and swing ensembles in Michigan, including Harrington & Brown and Third Coast Gypsy Jazz Band.
He will be joined by Erik McIntyre on guitar and Joe Fee on bass, both young lions of the south eastern Michigan trad jazz scene, and they will perform a combination of hot jazz, Django music, and some of Andrew’s original songs.
