Strong Women Program

The Iron County Health Department will be hosting its annual Strong Woman Program starting on September 17.  The program runs Tuesdays and Thursdays for 12 weeks.  The Strong Woman Program is a national evidence-based community exercise and nutrition program targeted at midlife and older women. The strength training curriculum helps women maintain muscle mass, strength, and function as they age. For more information call the Iron County Public Health Department office at 715-561-2191

Superior Riders Bike Rides – Fall Cider Ride

Community bike ride for riders of all ages and skill levels.
